(Dallas, Texas) September 18, 2006 -- Staubach Retail announces that Mark Loebs' Silver Fox Steakhouse has leased 6,745 square feet at the Centrum Building located at 3102 Oak Lawn Avenue in Dallas, Texas.  Located at the northeast corner of Cedar Springs Road and Oak Lawn Avenue, the site is well-known locally as the former site of Star Canyon restaurant. 

Jason Puig with Staubach Retail's Restaurant and Entertainment practice group in Dallas represented Silver Fox Steakhouse in the lease.  The new restaurant is scheduled to open in February of 2007.

Mark Loebs, Gene Street, and Tommy Dreiling are partners in this location.  Currently, Mark Loebs is the General Manager at the Silver Fox Steakhouse in Grapevine, Texas.  Silver Fox Steakhouse also has locations in Richardson and Ft.
