(Dallas/Fort Worth, TX) October 30, 2007- Staubach Retail announces the sale of the Stone Glen Village located in Keller on FM 1709 and Bourland. Lynn Dowdle, Senior Vice President, at Staubach Retail represented Mark R. Smith Co., Inc. Co-General Partner for Keller/1709 Retail, Ltd. The Stone Glen Village shopping center is 27,000 square feet with a variety of retail shops and restaurants that will continue to grow within the Keller community. Lynn Dowdle has been working in Keller on this project from the beginning when this site was an empty lot. “We started this transaction with a piece of dirt, developed the shopping center, sold the pads and then fortunately sold the center”, said Lynn Dowdle.
