(Austin/San Antonio, TX) November 27, 2007 – Staubach Retail announces the sale of 98 acres just west of SH 130 on SH 45 adjacent to the currently under construction, Target anchored center, Stone Hill Town Center located in Pflugerville, TX. Todd Wallace, Senior Vice President and Market Leader at Staubach Retail, represented the three different sellers and John Mc Cambridge of CB Richard Ellis represented the buyer DBSI-Discovery Real Estate Services.
