Cypress Equities is the retail, resort and mixed-use development affiliate of The Staubach Company. Since 1995 Cypress Equities has focused on a wide range of development services for its clients including project development, portfolio acquisitions, build-to-suits, and sale-leasebacks. Projects range from urban, upscale open-air shopping centers to private residential resort communities to power and neighborhood centers. Cypress Equities is currently engaged in the development of approximately $4.0 billion worth of projects throughout the United States and the Caribbean and has seven development offices: Dallas, Atlanta, New York, San Francisco, Phoenix, Fort Lauderdale and The Bahamas.
