Our teams perform basic multi-market brokerage coordination functions and/or the internal roles and tasks required to move transactions through the pipeline, whether open air, mall or outlet oriented. These tasks include engaging the brokerage network, assisting with market planning, filtering sites, negotiating LOIs, preparing approval packages, negotiating leases and more.
